Inclusive Leadership Programme

We know that when your leaders understand the opportunity of inclusion and are working to create more inclusive teams and workplaces, your organisation will be more innovative and deliver positive business outcomes. Studies prove that inclusive leaders are more likely to enable greater team collaboration, see better quality decision making and an increase in team performance.

What You Will Learn

The Inclusive Leadership programme is designed to equip your leaders with:

  • Self-awareness and reflection. Knowing how your behaviour affects others, enables you to support your team more effectively and build trust together;

  • Clarity on why inclusion makes a difference. Valuing inclusion empowers you to apply inclusive thoughts and actions to your everyday working life;

  • The confidence to equip your team to be the best that they can be;

Collectively, these will all give you what is most important - the tools to make inclusion an everyday reality.

Who Will Benefit

  • C-Suite Executives, Senior Managers and Line Managers.

What is Our Approach

By applying the principals and theories that underpin inclusive leadership, we use evidence and research to provoke commitment to understanding its importance. We then use practical, relevant scenarios to test inclusive leadership approaches and integrate alternative outcomes by focusing on behavioural change.

Inclusive Leadership blends group learning activities with content-based learning, and peer-to-peer 360 sessions. We work hard to create learning environment where delegates are able to focus on developing a ‘growth mindset’, often moving from a ‘fixed mindset’.

As we design training to meet your needs, your Inclusive Leadership programme may be a single day intervention, or a comprehensive multi-session programme over several months, combining course work, webinars, external speakers, coaching and mentoring approaches.
