I am a degree qualified leadership coach and mentor, with years of experience in developing and delivering coaching sessions for managers and individuals in organisations in all 3 sectors, and on specialist and bespoke programmes within organisations. 

It is through my diversity coaching and mentoring programmes that I honed my expertise and built my extensive coaching toolbox.

My Style
Over the years I have learnt to develop my style to suit the client. I am a Performance, Mindset, Solution-Focused and Holistic coach.

I work with individuals, leaders and teams to find creative ways to approach challenges, encourage exploration of different perspectives and have a proven track record of motivating and supporting people to achieve their goals.

My Approach

I use several coaching methods. These include OSKAR, CLEAR, STAR and GROW. 

​

Each of these methods gives you an opportunity to look at your current situation, think about what you want to achieve and how you want to get there, and the steps needed to get the outcome you desire. I also encourage a period of reflection to help you understand what you learnt from the process. 


These methods help you explore how to show up for yourself and, if you are a manager, to lead your team in an empathetic and inclusive way. Learn about your leadership style, its strengths and weaknesses, and what barriers are stopping you achieving and improving your confidence, in dealing with problematic and difficult workplace situations.
